BardOne receiver
So what is it? Well the Bardaudio system is a high end digital wireless sound distribution system from Sonneteer. Unlike other wireless systems, the Bard system is designed to be simple and with sound quality as its first priority.
The Bard system uses the latest digital technology to transmit your music in the 2.4GHz band, a much higher quality system than the acient FM band, to another part of your home. As we dont need to transmit anything but music information, the full bandwidth is used exclusively for music broadcast, and without compression, for best possible sound quality.
Unlike other wireless systems, we kept the processing simple too, there are no complicated software set ups, protocols, IP address, drivers etc. using up valuable processing power... Our processing unit does only one thing... process the music.
In the Bard range you will find:
One thing’s for sure, we will keep it simple.

Daniel Hertz USB 1 DAC
The Daniel Hertz Model 1 USB DAC (digital to analog converter) takes the USB digital signal from the computer and generates a very high quality analog signal via stereo RCA connectors that connect to your amplifier.
Most computers have built-in DAC's, but the sonic quality is often less than the best. The Daniel Hertz DAC has been carefully engineered and tuned by ear to give you the full benefit of Burwen Bobcat. Compared with many high end DAC's selling for five or ten thousand dollars, it is exceptionally affordable and offers performance second to none.
While Burwen Bobcat software modifies the digital bitstream, the Daniel Hertz DAC takes that bitstream and converts it to analog with the transparency, accuracy, low noise, and warm, open, natural sonic quality that music lovers want.
Burwen Bobcat software only opens when the computer is connected to the Daniel Hertz USB DAC.
The Daniel Hertz DAC has a headphone jack (stereo mini) with volume control. This can be connected to headphones or to a CDR (CD recorder) which enables the user to make "Bobcat" CD's. These can be used in a car, portable CD player, or loaded into a computer and downloaded into an iPod – for "i-cat" MP3 playback. The sonic advantages are retained in all cases.
“Burwen Bobcat will transform the audio world by giving us true convergence — the soul of analog with the convenience of computer music storage and downloading” –Mark Levinson

The Burwen Bobcat Experience
Welcome to the world of Burwen Bobcat, brought to you by audio pioneers Mark Levinson and Dick Burwen.
Burwen Bobcat makes CD, DVD, and MP3 sound equal to or better than analog and SACD.
For the first time, people can have the soul of analog with the convenience of computer storage and downloading. The listening fatigue of PCM digital audio is virtually eliminated.
Burwen Bobcat is a computer software program that installs in most PC's running Windows XP (see System Requirements for full details). Burwen Bobcat is a plug-in for Windows Media Player 10, the music and video library program of Windows XP.
To ensure you get the full benefit of Burwen Bobcat, it is sold only as a package with the new Daniel Hertz Model 1 USB DAC.
“Burwen Bobcat is the first significant upgrade to the quality of the PCM digital bitstream since the technology was introduced in the late 1970's. The most demanding music lovers call it "the best music source ever." Burwen Bobcat is affordable, easy to use, compact and sonically amazing. Read about Burwen Bobcat, join the revolution and get a "Bobcat" of your own.” –Mark Levinson

Best of all:

So what is it? Well the BardOne system is a high end digital wireless sound distribution system and comes as a set, Tx and Rx which stands for transmit and receive.
How does it work? Plug the BardOne Tx into the music source be it a CD player, a radio or PC via phono leads. Plug the BardOne Rx into an amplifier or active speaker system within range of the transmitter. Set both the Tx and Rx modules to the same transmit channel (up to 8 stereo to choose from). Make sure everything is switched on. Press play on the music source. Enjoy the music.
As the music is transmitted digitally using the 2.4GHz band it can be transmitted in high end, uncompressed quality and in real time.
Multi-room. Add more Rx modules, connect them to more amplifiers or active speaker systems, set them to the same channel and distribute your music wirelessly throughout your home.
It really is that simple!
Eight Stereo Channels. There are eight stereo digital channels to choose from, so in principle you can have eight stereo music sources transmitting. Just set your BardOne receive module to the channel you want and listen.
Number One. The BardOne, as the name implies, is the first in a range of Bard products from Sonneteer. Soon there will be the BardUSB transmitter to accommodate PC music more readily, as we expect the home PC to grow as the centre of the home entertainment system. So let’s make it high end.
One thing’s for sure, we will keep it simple.
-Specifications- -Digital wireless transmission for high end sound quality. -Up to 8 zones of stereo CD quality sound. -Suitable for multi room installations. -Discrete cream coloured paintable housing. -Transmit Range 20-40 metres (L.O.S.)* -Multiple receivers. -Phono RCA connectors for input and output. -Operating Frequency of ISM band 2.4-2.4835GHz. -Avoids reception errors by employing forward error correction. -Omni directional Embedded antenna. -9 to 12V DC power operated. -Supplied with mulit-head universal power supply (100-250V a.c.).

Questi tre prodotti:
iPod SHUFFLE
Tsakiridis Aelos a Valvole
